“L’Arte svelata” (Art Revealed)

“L’Arte svelata” is designed for those who want to discover up close how a papier-mâché statue is born. Stefania demonstrates live the different stages of the work: from modelling the clay parts to preparing the structure, from the paper to fire-shaping, all the way to the final decoration.

It is a demonstration and experiential masterclass: you watch, ask questions and get hands-on with the materials and tools of the trade, to understand the value and care behind every piece.

An ideal experience for groups, associations, schools, lovers of art and traditions, and anyone who wants to discover Salento craftsmanship up close.
